I have been practicing collection law for over 35 years since graduating from Law School. In addition to running my own law office I have written and lectured extensively on enforcement of judgment issues as well as other creditors remedies. I have had numerous articles published for use as Bar Association continuing educational materials and have been a speaker and educator for both legal and general audiences. I have conducted trainings for private companies, legal secretarial associations, process servers, lawyers, collection lawyers, collection agency employees, and others.
