Richard L. Enkelis practiced collection law for more than 37 years since his graduation from Law School. In addition to running his own law
office he wrote and lectured extensively on
enforcement of judgment issues as well as other creditors remedies. Richard L. Enkelis had
numerous articles published for use as Bar
Association continuing educational materials and was a speaker and
educator for both legal and general audiences. He conducted trainings for
private companies, legal secretarial associations, process servers, lawyers,
collection lawyers, collection agency employees, and others.
